Grade II listed and set at the end of its own winding drive, the fort offers total exclusivity, surrounded by gardens, wild headlands and its own secluded beach (complete with private sauna). Couples can host their ceremony on the lawns overlooking the sunset, in the vaulted Grand Hall, and take enviable photographs at an ancient chapel, Rame Head, a fifteen-minute walk away – before retreating to eight charming bedrooms that sleep up to 24 guests. Note: no corkage charge, electric car charging and a dedicated team available to assist in the lead-up and on the day itself, with as many preparatory visits as you like.
