About

Few wedding details set the tone quite like the invitation. At Leeming Brothers, these first impressions are crafted as heirlooms. Founded by industry name Lewis R. Stevenson, who learnt his craft as an apprentice on the workshop floor, the studio is one of the last in Britain to keep the full tradition of engraving and dye-stamping alive under one roof. Wedding stationery at Leeming Brothers is uniquely tactile and timeless, uniquely utilising the provenance of these  multiple-centuries-old printing methods. Their signature process is copperplate printing, where text and motifs are simultaneously printed and embossed into the thickest luxury boards, producing a raised finish and inky depth that no modern mass technique can replicate. Couples can further customise with hot foil stamping, blind embossing, gilt or colour edging, and letterpress, creating suites that feel both classic and utterly bespoke. From monogrammed save-the-dates to gilt-edged invitations and engraved correspondence cards, each piece is hand-inspected and finished with exacting detail. Every element is crafted in-house by a team with over a century of combined experience; Leeming Brothers is unsurprisingly the stationery of choice for discerning couples and the planners who guide them.
