Part of the Kensington and Chelsea Register Office, Marry Me in Chelsea at the Old Town Hall is the definitive choice for a city-chic London wedding. Sitting proudly on the King’s Road, this Grade II-listed landmark has been the backdrop for thousands of marriages, from Golden Age stars like Judy Garland to contemporary fashion icon Harris Reed. Its elegant Edwardian-meets-Victorian neoclassical architecture, sweeping steps and iconic blue doors have made it one of the most photographed wedding venues in the capital. Inside, couples can choose from three distinctly appointed ceremony spaces:The Brydon Room, the largest, which accommodates up to 38 guests in a light-filled setting refreshed by designer Simone De Gale, complete with mahogany accents, soaring double doors, and a rainfall fringe chandelier; the Rossetti Room (for 12 guests), which charms with its neoclassical arch, jade panelling, bucolic oil paintings, and gilded frames; and the Harrington Room, which is well poised for intimate elopements (for up to 8 guests), with fern-green accents and parquet floors. Accessibility is a major plus; this prime Chelsea location means world-class restaurants, private clubs, and boutique hotels are in easy reach. With its blend of history, style, effortless accessibility and inclusivity, you have here one of London’s most iconic places to marry.

We celebrated our wedding in the Brydon Room, and it was truly magical. Our deepest gratitude goes to Mr Sergio Simion, who was simply exceptional. His grace, genuine kindness, and heartfelt professionalism shone through in every detail, before, during and after the ceremony. He made us feel so comfortable and cared for, and thanks to him the whole day became even more memorable. We will always carry that with us. The organisation was flawless, and all our guests felt the warmth and beauty of the atmosphere. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to celebrate such an important moment in our lives.
